COHN: Fragile self-confidence obviously is a real challenge for athletes because their confidence tends to go up and down like a yoyo.

COHN: We’re going to talk about perfectionists that tend to lose confidence quickly. In other words, they make a mistakes, mess up and then their confidence gets thrown out the window.

COHN: What do you see with perfectionists and either making mistakes or other things that rock their confidence?
